hex file for MCP dongle

I can't seem to find the hex file to download into the PCA10000 in order to use it with the Master Control Panel. Where is this documented in the dev-kit documentation?

In fact, the whole topic of the MCP appears to be missing from the SDK documentation.

There is unfortunately a bug in the documentation here, so that the path to the Master Emulator hex file is wrong. The correct path is C:\Program Files\Nordic Semiconductor\Master Control Panel${Master Control Panel version}\firmware\pca10000\MEFW_nRF51822_0.8.0_firmware.hex.

However, if you do the flash programming from Master Control Panel itself, as described in the User Guide, the flash programming dialog should actually start browsing in the correct folder.

Since this doesn't really have anything to do with the SDK and is a separate download, the documentation for the Master Control Panel is available from Master Control Panel itself, in the Help menu.

If you're looking for the Master Emulator API documentation, this is located in C:\Program Files\Nordic Semiconductor\Master Emulator${Version}\Documentation folder as a CHM file.
