Location of nrf9160 peripheral register definitions headers?

Hello,

we have to integrate the nrf9160 into our own company internal build system / eco-system (freeRTOS based), e.g. not using the complete nordic sdk. As a starting point i want to start with a bare minimal project just using CMSIS for the cortex m33 and some peripheral register definition headers.

Didn't find them yet searching around at various git repros at https://github.com/NordicPlayground

Can someone point me into the correct sub folder of your sdk for the nrd9160?
