nRF9160 dk not available from NRF Connect

NRF Connect shows no device available.

usb interface MCU which embeds a j link is not detected by windows.

LED5 is blinking.

I have an external jlink to try to recover, how to procced?

I have the same problem. I see "No devices available" in Programmer.

LED 5 blinks fast. LED 3 blinks slow (about once per second)

Setup:
- Windows PC, nRF Connect v3.7.1 - Programmer v1.4.11

- The board is older, i have it from a colleague until my order arrives
  Board info: PCA10090, 0.9.0, 2019.20, 960076819

Below is a pic with the board. Maybe some jumpers are not set ok?
