"has BLE 5" is almost meaningless; so many BLE 5 features are optional - which particular BLE 5 features are you looking for?

What, exactly, do you mean by "compatible with raspberry pi3"
The nRF52840 has a number of interfaces which are available on the RPi3 - UART, USB, SPI, I2C.
The Raspberry Pi3 has a BCM43438 wireless LAN and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) chip:
