nRF52832 UART flow control

Hello,

 

I am using nRF52832 DK PCA10040 v1.2.4, SDK_15.3.0, S132 SoftDevice and Segger for flashing the image. I am using ‘ble_app_blinky’.

What for this macro HWFC defined in pca10040.h. I could not find HWFC being used any ware. Is this UART Flow control. If yes, then what for UART_DEFAULT_CONFIG_HWFC ins sdk_config.h

Whether by default Flow control is enabled or disabled.

I have gone through these links and even the same in sdk_config.h. To my understanding flow control is disabled by seeing the macro UART_DEFAULT_CONFIG_HWFC to 0. But I got confused when HWFC macro is set to true.
