How to Create New Elements in mesh Network

Currently i am working in Mesh network. My application is Single Client control 100 Server Individually . Same like this https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/24997/confusion-about-server-count-and-client-count-in-ble-mesh/98459#98459.

Here i want support for how to create new element in client. Kindly support anyone.
