Issue on nrf52840 dk - First time use

Hi everyone, recenly I had adquired a nrf52840 dk for testing how to work the BLE module. The problem was that in the first attemp the nrfGo showed that message:

I have tried the following options : 

1- Use the recover button on nrfGo. Result : Nothing.
2- Use on console: nrfjprog.exe --recover -f nrf52 Result: Same message on nrfGo
3- Flashing on Segger Studio. Result: Same message nrfGo.

Any approach or help will be well received. Greetings.

Note that you can use Alt+PrinScreen to capture just the active window - instead of the entire screen.

Are you sure it's a DK ?

The screenshot shows a Dongle ...

Yes, definitely is a DK. It must be a backend or database problem not to recognize the device ID as a DK.

Isn't nRF GO rather old?

What are you actually trying to do?

To load firmware, a development IDE - such as Keil or Segger Embedded Studio - would be more appropriate.
