Not connecting to nRFCloud

Hi, we have an nRF9160DK (0.8.3) and it does not connect to the nrfcloud.

We have updated to the latest firmware 1.0.0

We only have nb-iot here so we  didn't use the iBasis sim, instead using a vodafone V-Sim (which is active). 

Are we missing a step here?

Hello Ian,

Can you confirm that you get a connection with the network running at_client sample together with LTE Link Monitor?

(please share the log if you can)

For the asset_tracker sample have you configured the application to choose the NB-IoT network?

Please share log output when running the samples.

Where do I get the AT_client sample hex file? Can you send me a link?

Do we need to run this, change settings to NB-iot using AT commands (close down gracefully) and then re-load the nRFCloud example?
