Not connecting to nRFCloud

Hi, we have an nRF9160DK (0.8.3) and it does not connect to the nrfcloud.

We have updated to the latest firmware 1.0.0

We only have nb-iot here so we  didn't use the iBasis sim, instead using a vodafone V-Sim (which is active). 

Are we missing a step here?

    • I think it could be okay, but I would recommend just to run the at_client sample to avoid any interference from the asset_tracker sample.
    • It would be nice to have it confirmed that the V-SIM is working as it should.
    • It would be a good idea to contact your carrier and confirm if there is something special that needs to be done to be able to connect to their network.
