Looking for products that use the nRF52840

Hi, we're looking for specific products but are having a hard time finding them, especially Long Range versions.

- beacons that use the 52840 for Long Range (something like ruuvi.com);
- gateways (the devices that capture the beacon signals and send them to the internet)

Any suggestions?

I don't think there are many Beacons on the market having Long Range because the feature is not support by most of the mobile phones.

You may want to look into our module maker, you can find here. 

Regarding gateway, one example could be the Cascade gateway from Rigado: https://www.rigado.com/cascade-gateway/ It's a white label solution that you can put your brand on.

That makes sense, hence why one can't find them easily.

And what about the "BT5 ready" spec of the RuuviTags? 
Looks like the factory firmware of the RTags are 4.2. How can we change that to 5.0?

If the RuuviTags based on nRF52832, I don't think it supports Bluetooth 5.0 Long Range. The tag can still offer other Bluetooth 5 feature, such as 2MBps, AE, CSA#2.

I would suggest you to contact them directly, we are not expected to comment about our customer's products.
