Is it possible to program nRF52832 using Arduino instead of SEGGER

Hi 

I have the nRF52 DK and I have an external nRF52832. I know how to program the external nRF52832 using via the nRF52 DK using SEGGER Embedded Studio. 

But I wonder if there is any way that I can program the nRF52832 using Arduino IDE?

It would seem that you will find some answers here: https://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/ArduinoPrimoCore

However, I do not think that Arduino is a good choice for programming the Nordic SOCs. You might find mBedOS (www.mbed.com/.../) as easy to program for beginners, but much better engineered.

I won't recommend Arduino. Support is very lacking. SDK is not up to date.

I use Eclipse with GCC. This is also free no licences/limitations.

Have seen VC studio used.

PS: I found doing things the hard way is a much better teacher.
