make BLE peripheral app for send data to via UART

hi all

i want to make BLE peripheral app for send data to via UART but i don't know about which sample good for my purpose? so please tell me which sample good for my requested? and main my request is i want my ble peripheral have GATT and some service for send and receive data between BLE and phone.

SDK Version: 12.3.0

SoftDevice Version: 130

i check this https://github.com/NordicPlayground/nRF5x-custom-ble-service-tutorial, but this sample used nrf52 and my device is nrf51 and i can't switch to other.

Note that nRF51 is not recommended for new BLE designs:

But the Nordic UART Service (NUS) is certainly available in SDK Version: 12.3.0:

Thanks very much. I know that nrf51822 is very old and not recommend for new design, but in our country only this module available and other nrf modules doesn't exist.

So can you tell me, when data exchange between ble peripheral and Android app, this connection is secure or encrypted with dynamic key or we can implement secure protocol like encrypt with aes dynamic or static symmetric key?
