Hello, im relatively new to this and not sure why im getting this error. According to previous such error clarifications, i read that the newest versions have to be used. I am not sure if this is the problem, but it seems V5.12f is being used, even if you have newer installed. Can you uninstall everything segger-related, and install just the newest and see what happens? Also, what happens if you try to program from nrfjprog or nRF Connect Programmer?

I see. I do not see the full log from nRFgoSudio though, since the result of flashing the application is too far to the right on the line. What does it say? I do not recall seeing this before, but generally, a good idea with similar issues is to uninstall everything Segger J-Link related, reboot and install juts the latest J-Link software. Have you tried that?

And i tried reinstallling J-link, 6.50a and b....both are throwing error.... Im using Keil, J-link, nRFGo Studio.  Should i install anything else?

I see. I have had problems with Segger J-link not working correctly a few times, and though I never found out what actually caused it, uninstalling all Segger related and everything that depended on it, rebooting and installing again solved the problem. Please try that again first. Note that the reboot between uninstalling and installing is important in my experience, at least if you are using MS Windows.

I think I am missing some context, but if you are asking about the example Keil projects, then no - you don't need to change anything. They are correctly set up when you extract the SDK and will build out of the box.

i installed as you said , with a reboot(which i hadnt done before), Thank you.


i uninstalled all softwares, shut down, installed, one after that other. im using S212 project and S212 soft device with below memory address,

NRFgo, I had uploaded the hex file of softdevice212



In the nRF connect, I get as below when i read the memory, 


On this, I'm trying to load the Keil file.

Is the procedure alright? and I'm still getting some error, I'm not able to solve it.

Hi,

I don't recall seeing this error before, but from Keil Documentation:

Overlapping of Algorithms at Address ...Occurs when more Flash algorithm are defined for an address range. Configure Flash Download and check the Programming Algorithm settings. Correct the address ranges and ensure they are discrete.

Please try to revert any changes you have done to the default Keil configuration and try again using and unmodified SDK example project. Does that help?
