USB CDC ACM example is not working in 52840

Hi Nordic, 

While testing USB CDC example with nRF 15.3.0 in PDK board, I see USB is not recognized. I have gone through the same issue posted in Forum. Is it the issue with board? I am using v0.9.0 PDK board. Need help in resolving this.

Hi,

Engineering A version of the nRF52840 is not longer supported, starting from SDK 15. See this compatibility matrix. Engineering A is used on the 0.9.x versions of the nrf52840 (P)DK (PCA10056). See this link. The "preview" DK is no longer recommended for development. Please order a new nRF52840-DK. New versions of the DK uses the production silicon(IC revision 1 and 2).

Hi, I've checked with the hardware revision and the development kit I am using has nRF52840 QIAACO which is revision 1. So when I run CDC example, it should work on my kit right? But When I connect to my PC, it is not getting detected as  nRF52 USB CDC DEMO. And is there any workaround to make it work with old hardware revisions (On PDK board)?

 Are you using Windows 7? If yes, see step 4 at this page on how to install the CDC drivers.
