Unable to provision my nrf52-DK using OnePlus 7

I am unable to provision my nrf52-DK using OnePlus 7 but it is getting provisioned using 10.or

    Could you give some more information about the issue ? What happened  ? 

    Which nRF Mesh SDK version did you use? 

    What do you mean by " it is getting provisioned using 10" ? Does it mean OnePlus 10 ?

    10.or is a mobile brand which uses the previous versions of Android.

    OnePlus 7 uses Android 9 and it is upgradable to Android 10 beta.

    On Android 10, nRF Mesh app crashes.

    Thanks Developer for your clarification, first time heard of 10.or brand.

    Do you have issue with Android 10 ? I can check with the team.

    Yes, nRF Meshapp doesn't work for us on Android 10.
