GPIOTE timing

I'd like to track pulses coming from external source. 

Pulses maybe is variable length, some pulses may be treated as illegal  ( if they are too short <10 ms ) for ex. 

For GPIOTE ( or QDEC )  can I set "holding" time before interrupt is generated ? what is the default time ? 

I'd like to receive interrupt just for legal pulses

What kind of pulses are you expecting? QDEC could be a solution, I would recommend looking at the QDEC example and the QDEC documentation. Or have a look at the GPIOTE example and the GPIOTE documentation

You could use a timer to trigger a compare interrupt every 10ms, which again triggers a callback in your code.
