after update nRF Connect from 3.0.0 to  3.2.0 I started to get the error :

nRF52840 Unsupported device. The detected device could not be recognized as neither JLink device nor Nordic USB device.

Can someone assist me?

I saw this issue when I tried to use J-Link and didn't have proper power provided to my board.

Is it for nRF52840 dongle? Also I've tried on OSX and Win10. With older nRF Connect version didn't face any problems

Can you try downloading and installing the J-Link Software and Documentation pack? Try with the latest version first. If that doesn't help, try version 6.22g, as there was an issue with newer versions earlier for macOS which I'm not sure if is fixed.
