Hi,

I have fanstel BM833A modules which is NRF52811.

I am using Segger Embedded Studio.

How can i program the module through segger IDE using ST-LINK?

And also i have NRF52833 DK is it possible program the module using DK?

Not possible, SES only works with JLink.  To use other JTag tool, you can use OpenOCD with Eclipse.

You can program external boards from nRF52833-DK provided VDD is about 3V on target board.

How can i program external modules using nRF52833-DK??

I have programmed the module using DK with beacon example but  i can not see the beacons in nRF Connect app.

Will you suggest the SDK for BM833A(NRF52811)  and softdevice.

My recommendation is to get yourself an nRF52840-DK and use the nRF5 SDK. Then check out this:

Once you first verify it works on the nRF52840-DK, then next step is to transfer it to your nRF52811 enabled hardware:
