Power Profiler Kit does not show current measures

I'm not able to get working my PPK.

I've followed the guide, installed the Power Profiler app with the latest nRF Connect v3.3.0, cut SB40 on my nrf52840DK and set correctly the switches on the PPK.

The board connects successfully but when I push the Start button nothing is collected.

On the PPK LED1 is on, but not LED2.

What problem does report LED1?

You may have wiped out the firmware on the PPK and will need to restore it. We've all been there. Try this:

Trying to flash the PPK with the script flash_ppk.py I got the error:

    > pynrfjprog.APIError.APIError: An error was reported by NRFJPROG DLL: -103 JLINKARM_DLL_TOO_OLD.

Upgrading SEGGER JLink software software to the latest release V6.56d I was able to flash the PPK and to get the Power Profiler app working.

I wasn't able to find docs about, but I suspect there is a minimum required J-Link software version for the Power Profiler app (mine was V6.20e).
