BLE UUID Values

Hi,
    We are working on Thingy91(nRF9160-pca20035). When thingy91 connected to system through USB, We getting BLE UUID values through nRF52840 on nRF9160(on nRF Cloud also).
    But we are not able to get BLE UUID values on nRF9160 when we reset the device and USB is not connected.
    Can you give any idea or solution,why this is happening.

Hi, what application are you running on the Thingy:91? An how are you getting the BLE UUID values - on a phone application or the computer or something else?

On Thingy91 ,we are running asset_tracker application,we ported the BLE UUID code into asset_tracker(applied patch given in link https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/52689/nrf9160-lte-sensor-gateway-on-thingy-91/226450#226450). we are getting BLE UUID values on Tera-term as well as nRF cloud.

But we are not able to get BLE UUID values on tera-term when we reset the device and USB is not connected.
