nRF9160 initial set up

I am new to nRF9160 development board. I have just opened the board and tried to connect following the startup instructions. I was able to see LED 3 and LED 4 blink the first time but was not able to add the device automatically. I tried to add the board manually without a PIN (I couldnt find PIN anywhere)but could not connect to it . Now LED 3 blinks but LED 4 does not blink so I cannot add the board. I have added the SIM card. What should be my next steps?

I was able to reprovision the certificates and now LED4 is solid green. I was able to add the LTE device to nrf cloud successfully.Am not able to bring up LTE interface.Link Monitor shows LTE in RED but my device in nrf cloud shows its LTE Connected.

How do I bring the LTE link UP?

Hi, those colors aren't accurate. If nRF Cloud is saying you have an LTE connection, you do!
