Question regarding the starting points in nRF52832 development

Hello, I'm a beginner in developing nRF52832. Using Keil version 5.29 on windows 10 (x64), I followed the steps described in getting started for nRF52. However, I found 2 jamming points as follows:

1. Running a first test: I did installed the device correctly  but the development board was not appeared as a removable drive, so I could not copy HEX file to the JLINK drive. Is there any other way to proceed this step?

2. When I tried to flash some example via Keil, but it seems the program cannot find the following package, even I've already installed the latest one from Nordic. Could you please advice how to proceed?

Have you tried to press the IF BOOT/RESET button while power cycling the kit? It should then show up as a Removable Storage Device named "BOOTLOADER". Then you can drag-and-drop the J-LINK interface MCU firmware found here (v170724) onto the storage device to reprogram the JLINK firmware.
