Hi There,
ISSUE:
New Nordic Thingy:91 will not connect to the LTE network, it is giving "LTE link could not be established." and then rebooting.
Things I have tried:
1. Updating the Firmware. - Latest precompiled firmware from the site. :"thingy91_fw_2019-11-29_d3130d77".
2. Testing Different Sims. Ebasis, EE and Vodafone. I usually get 4G reception where I am testing the device, and am getting it on the same EE sim on a phone.
3. Updating the certificates (did this before I realised that it was not even connecting to the LTE network.) This was successful as far as I can tell.
4.Tested different Asset tracker Packages (NB-IoT Package vs the LTE-M Package). I realised on the coverage map that UK only has limited LTE-M so I switched to the NB-IoT package, and I know Vodafone have a lot of NB-IoT coverage so I used the NB-IoT sim but no luck.
In the LTE Link monitor I have the following status' in the top right: UART: Flow-control Off; Modem: Off; UICC: Off; LTE: Not registered/searching; PDN: disabled. I tried pushing AT+CFUN=1 to see if that would turn the modem green but again no luck.

ATTACHMENTS:
I have attached a log from one loop of reboot to failure. Please let me know if you want any other logs.
My suspicion is that I do not have LTE-M coverage and that none of the sims I have are configured for NB-IoT, however at the moment I have no way of confirming this.
Any help, guidance or information would be appreciated in getting the asset tracker package up and running.
Kindest Regards,
Arjun Puri
