Hi Satish, 

the nRF52840 supports the Bluetooth 5.0 Long Range feature, i.e. data rate at 125kbps or 500kbps with improved RX sensitivity. We've seen 1300m range with 0dBm output power when testing outdoors, see Testing Long Range (Coded PHY) with Nordic solution (It Simply Works). Hence, I would recommend that you take a look at the nRF52840 Modules in our  3rd party modules list.
