Android APP bluetooth is easy to disconnect and not connect

The bluetooth of android APP is easy to disconnect (we make smart door lock products);The product is delivered to the customer. It is easy to disconnect and not connect with huawei mobile phone, or switch to huawei after connecting with apple mobile phone. What is the problem?

What app are you using? Do you see the same behavior when using the nRFConnect app as well? If you can recreate this in the nRFConnect app as well, you should be able to see the error code on the phone by swiping left when/after connecting to the nRF52.

We use the smartdoodle doodle APP, which can be downloaded from the IOS APP store.

Have you tried the nRFConnect app as well? I also suggest taking a look at the debugging guide that awneil linked to.
