Can't read Thingy:52 in nrf cloud

My Thingy:52 works perfectly OK with Thingy app on my iPhone.

However when I use the Gateway on my iPhone and then nrf cloud I get an unstable connection on the cloud side but even when the Thingy is recognised and connected I can't get any data like environment and can't act on the Thingy.

Any help is most welcome

How is your connection to the network from the phone and computer? I just tested this myself and did not have any problem getting an update every 2 seconds or so from the Thingy to nRFCloud as you can see from the log below. Note that I didn't have an iPhone available and used a Nokia 8.1.

Can you provide the log file from nRFCloud as well? I suspect this is just a bad connection to the cloud from either the phone or computer, as you're saying the connection from the Thingy to the phone does not have any problems.

I went over the whole thing again and I get connections bu can't ever read data from thingy

I got a colleague with an iPhone to test this, and he was able to get a stable connection with functioning logs.

Where in the world are you located? This seems very much like an issue with the connection between your phone and nRFCloud.

I am in Portugal and never had any trouble connecting my iPhone to the net!

Actually your friend's image is just like the one I get. no data from weather station 3D etc.

Can you test the readings from the weather station ?

My colleague looked into this, and you're absolutely correct, there seems to be a problem with the gateway app, as only RSSI is available from the iPhone application. I have reported this to the application team and we will look into this as soon as possible. It might take some time until we have a solution/workaround for you though I'm afraid.
