Can't read Thingy:52 in nrf cloud

Hi

My Thingy:52 works perfectly OK with Thingy app on my iPhone.

However when I use the Gateway on my iPhone and then nrf cloud I get an unstable connection on the cloud side but even when the Thingy is recognised and connected I can't get any data like environment and can't act on the Thingy.

Any help is most welcome

My colleague looked into this, and you're absolutely correct, there seems to be a problem with the gateway app, as only RSSI is available from the iPhone application. I have reported this to the application team and we will look into this as soon as possible. It might take some time until we have a solution/workaround for you though I'm afraid.
