Can't read Thingy:52 in nrf cloud

Hi

My Thingy:52 works perfectly OK with Thingy app on my iPhone.

However when I use the Gateway on my iPhone and then nrf cloud I get an unstable connection on the cloud side but even when the Thingy is recognised and connected I can't get any data like environment and can't act on the Thingy.

Any help is most welcome

We've confirmed this issue internally and it seems to be an issue with the backend. I will update you when a fix is ready.
