Using thingy91_at_client_2020-04-29 with serial console

I updated my Thingy:91 today to version thingy91_fw_2020-04-29_bc7ade8b.

I flashed the mfwnrf9160120, the thingy91_nrf52_connectivity_bridge_2020-04-29_bc7ade8b and the thingy91_at_client_2020-04-29_bc7ade8b.

Using nRF Connect v3.3.3 - LTE Link Monitor 1.1.1 I can send AT commands and get responses, on both, Ubuntu 18.04 and Windows 10.

But if I try a serial-console (e.g. Gtk Term or TeraTerm), setting the baudrate to 115200 and using the same port as with the LTE Link Monitor, I get nothing. Nothing on ubuntu, nothing on windows.

Is there trick?

(By the way: installing the .inf file from the USB-drive on windows reports an error, that the cat file could not be located.)
