but the wireshark only capture the packet on 37 38 39?

You only see these three channels because these are the channels used for regular BLE advertisements, connection requests, etc. As Turbo J is saying, the DK can capture packets in the other channels, but there is rarely activity there unless you do a specific interaction in your application trigging data to be sent on those channels.
