nRF52840 PS1.1 Table 160 through 170

The nRF52840 product specification version 1.1 contains for the table 160, 162, 164, 166, 168 and 170 the very same content. I suspect, that the correct content can be taken from the corresponding tables for the aQFN package.

I can't see any difference in my copy of the document (V1.1). Maybe you are working already with a newer, not published version?
