NRF9160DK UART0 pin configuration issue

Hi,

How to route the nrf9160 UART0 to any other PIOs like P0.16 ( tx) , P0.17(rx) from the VCOM interface ?

We have already followed the post and did everything as mentioned. But still we are not able to. We tried to set P0.14 as uart 0 tx and P0.15 as UART 0 RX. We used NRF9160DK. We flashed the prebuilt binary attached in the link to NRF52840. Also tried flashing the same after building "hello world". But still it doesnt work. We are able to receive UART data , but not able to transmit from P0.14. 

The DK HW version we are using is 0.8.5 and SDK version 1.3.0
