gateway Thingy:91 can't select any LTE device

Hello 

I'm setting up a set of Thingy91 and Thing52 units.

1) I registered 2 thingy91 sim cards and registered the nodes.
2) I see the SIM card in my account on nrfcloud. but the text in the screen states that it is not linked to a device.
3) I see 2 numbers at the gateway's. When selecting one of the numbers, the indicator is red, and I cannot pair an LDE device with the +
4) When I look at devices I see two LDE devise that I can select and that show data such as temperature current.
5) I have removed a gateway but the number remains. I can't see which number belongs to which Thingy:91

I get stuck.

Hi!

So, did I understand correctly that you're trying to add the Thingy:91 as the gateway for your Thingy:52s? Or are you using your phone as a gateway for both the Thingy:91s and Thingy:52s?

 Yes, this message appears because no device with that SIM card is connected to the cloud at that time.

Hi Heidi,

1) Yes I would like to make a setup where the T52's are connected thru the T91 to the cloud. 

2) I don't understand The device I have is connected, I do see data from it on my cloud account. So the T91 is connected to the cloud thru the SIM.

Could you provide some more screenshots of what you're seeing? Specifically, the device transmitting data and then the SIM card in that device stating it's not connected. 

The website does not have support for adding the Thingy:91 as gateways, unfortunately. That functionality is for adding a smart phone. 

We do have the LTE sensor gateway sample, which transmits sensor data from a Thingy:52 to an nRF9160 DK and then up to nRF Coud. One of my colleagues has ported this to the Thingy:91, see this ticket.
