nRF52833 DK Problem - PCA10100 don't recognized by windows.

Hi everybody,

I received a nRF52833 DK (PCA10100) and I was capable to install heart rate example dropping prebuilt hex into the mass storage driver. Later I flashed a led blink test with Segger and after a few tests suddenly my pc (Windows 10) doesn't recognize the board anymore, not even at JLINK device. I don't know if I flashed wrong addresses or what.
The board does not turn any led or be recognized unless if I turn on with BOOT/RESET button pressed, then a "BOOTLOADER D:" usb device ( capacity 128KB) is connected and after 30 seconds it disconnects.

All switchs are normal: power source VDD, trace DEF, VEXT OFF, POWER ON, etc. I double check this.

I compiled secure_bootloader_ble_113_pca10100 and then I drag and drop into the "BOOTLOADER D:" but its disconnects and nothing happend.

I saw in another developer kit the bootloader link to download and flash but for this model I didn't find anything like that.

I'm really stuck. Pleas help me

Hi,

You need to reflash the J-Link OB firmware if you have entered the BOOTLOADER mode on the interface MCU (by holding IF BOOT/RESET button while powering the board). Please drag and drop the file J-Link-OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi-170724.bin to the BOOTLOADER drive before power cycle the board.

How to insert j-link binary file in BOOTLOADER?

Hi,

It looks like there is some conflict with the BOOTLOADER drive and a network drive (?) both being assigned the drive letter "D:"

Can you try to unmount the network drive, or try the DK on another computer?
