NRF52832 Bluetooth connecting with all mobile phones and tablets except Samsung Galaxy 10.1 LTE tablet!

Hello Folks,

We are facing an issue in the NRF52832 Bluetooth connection of our self fabricated PCBs. The PCB designs were based on the Sparkfun NRF52832 dev board designs (almost exact), as provided in the link below:

www.sparkfun.com/.../13990

Our PCB’s Bluetooth is reliably connecting with all android and iOS mobile phone bluetooths and even with a Mi tablet‘S Bluetooth device.

We collected the data from our mobile phone (NRF Connect app) and tested it and the data was clean and reliable.

However, the PCB’s Bluetooth is somehow not connecting with the Samsung tablet. The Samsung tablet model is Galaxy A, 10.1 inch LTE.

The Bluetooth UUID is not even popping up on NRF Connect or the Samsung tablet’s “SETTINGS-> BLUETOOTH” screen.

At the same time, NRF’s official DK and Sparkfun’s original NRF52832 dev board are connecting and sending data to the same Samsung tablet without any issues.

Request help from a subject matter expert on this please.
