I plan to use nRF52832 BLE chip of your company. Now I have the following questions: If I use internal 64M RC, can I use Bluetooth function?Is the 2.4g transceiver accurate enough when using an internal 64M RC?Or must 32M crystal oscillator be externally connected?

 No, you don't need to use external 32.768 kHz crystal in order to use Radio and Bluetooth. You can use the internal 32.768 kHz RC oscillator. The benefits of using the 32.768 kHz crystal is a bit lower average current consumption.
