SDK 15.3.0 TWI disable internal pull-up resistor

Hi.

I want to disable the TWI master's internal pull-ups on SCL and SDA.
So I set it according to the contents of the following URL, but the setting is not reflected as long as I see the signal.
I checked with nothing connected to I2C.
Are there any other settings I need?

How, exactly, did you check? What hardware did you use?

Note the comment there, that it only affects one pin - so you need to repeat it for both pins.
