J-Link mini - there is no debugger connected to pc

nrfjprog version 10.10.0

jlink mini - connected to Windows 10 USB port, try to run any nrfjprog command and it says there is no debugger connected to PC.

green light is solid on j-link mini.  driver version says up to date 6.1.7600.16385.

In device manager, windows says best drivers already installed for j-link.

But j-link configuration or nrfjprog cannot see any board.

So you can see the j-link device in windowsn device manger? and you can see a com port being mounted (j-link cdc UART port)? Are you sure you do not have any other applications that could be using the device?

The J-Link EDU Mini does not have a virtual COM port. This causes issues when using functions of nrfjprog that require the COM port but it works fine for flashing firmware and debugging.

Thanks for your reply. I am having issue with J-Link. When I tried to connect, I got the error 'No emulators connected via USB'. I have submitted a ticket (No emulators connected via USB on nRF51 and nRF52) for it.
