My sck frequency will be 5Mhz.

Accordingly, nrf24l01 + mcu or Rpull = 10kohm and Cload = 50pF 

How should I connect according to the SPI time parameter?

How can I learn nRF52810/11? It is too complex for me.

You could take a look at our tutorial section. It could help.

Regarding connecting the nRF24L01p you can probably just connect that as long as you make sure the wires is not to long. You could also reduce the frequency to make it more robust.
