Can't detect legacy mode advertising using nRFConnect

hi,

I am using nrf52840 (in a Laird module) and trying to advertise such that legacy BLE 4 mobile devices can connect. Only BLE 5 mobile can see the device (running nRFConnect).

I have set PHy on primary and secondary to 1MBs-1 and disabled extended advertising. Is there anything else I ned to do?

Which legacy BLE 4 mobile devices did you test? 

I can't really see anything in your settings that would indicate that Bluetooth 5 support is needed to receive the packets. 

Did you try the nRF Connect app on the mobile devices to receive the packets?
