How can I link fw_info.h in SES for debugging nRF9160Dk

Whenever I try to debug my code, it gets stuck at fault_s_S as shown below

I experienced that one of the possible solutions to avoid this is to browse fw_info.h when the debugger asks for it. But it only asks sometimes and I believe that there must be a internal setting where I can link it.

Are you debugging a custom code or a specific sample in our NCS?
Which SES version are you on?

I am not able to reproduce this behavior so I would need to know more information from you.

Please also check this tutorial on how you can debug.

I am using the base of MQTT simple, and have added uart and FAT file system in it. The SES version is v4.52

Hi,
From the code you sent you should change your Cmakefile to this instead.
And maybe you should comment out: 

CONFIG_TEST_RANDOM_GENERATOR=y

Then you should be able to open in SES.
