MCU boot loader

HI,

I was trying to update firmware on thingy 91 using MCU bootloader. Now when I trying to upload again it is keep showing one error.

Error while probing devices: Error occured when get serial numbers. Errorcode: CouldNotCallFunction (0x9) Lowlevel error: INVALID_OPERATION (fffffffe)

I don't know what went wrong the second time. I did not change anything. I have 2 thingies 91 and both were showing the same error while updating the modem firmware.

What operating system are you using?
Windows 10 Home

Could I also ask what firmware you are trying to flash and if you are using the nRF Connect Programmer app?

Hi again, Rahul!

This is most likely related to the space character in you username that you mentioned in your other case. Could you try to reinstall the nRF Connect for Desktop on a user without the space character in the name? A similar issue is described in this thread.

I tried to re-install the nRF Connect for desktop while installing it did not ask about anything and default installed into the user folder.

It will always install to the user folder unfortunately, therefore it must be installed on a user without " "(space) in the name.
