Not able to load the hex file from programmer app in nrf connect for desktop

Hi,

using dongle nrf52840 pca10059 board name.Not able to load the hex file into the programmer app as using the nrf connect for desktop version:3.4.2.Getting the warning while launching the programmer app is "the app only supports nrf connect 3.6.0 which does not match your currently installed version."

latest version 3.6.0 after installation showing blank screen...

can u proovide the solution to this Thanks in advance.....

I'm sorry, is the nRFConnect application itself that is just blank, or is it the Programmer app that is white? If it's the nRFConnect app, please try to uninstall nRFConnect altogether, and make sure all related files are deleted from your computer before reinstalling. If the programmer app isn't working as intended, please make sure that it (the programmer app) is updated to the latest version (v1.4.7 at the moment).

I tested v3.6.0 here on my side (on a Windows 10 computer) and did not see an issue like this. If you keep seeing this issue after an uninstall/reinstall, please tell me what OS you are using?

i am  doing on windows8 and tried install/uninstall multiple times but find the same issue and please let me know what changes need to made on light switch example in order to flash to dongle nrf52840 (pc1a0059)

nrf app is blank

what are the reasons that will block the hex file to upload into the nrf connect
