Please refer to the Thingy:91 documentation.
You can see that it already have LEDs and a Buzzer on-board:
However if you want connect something else over some GPIOs there are some that are externally available.
Check pin maps for more information

I have checked out and those GPIOs (external available) belongs to the nRF52840,my question is:
Can I use it when i'm in nRF9160 switch mode.
