I can't program the Thingy:91 with AWS_IOT sample.

Hello:

I'm evaluating Thingy:91 (nRF9160) and I was able to download asset_tracker application using MCUboot DFU without problems. Everything fine.

Now, I wanted to try the AWS_IOT sample but downloading the app_signed.hex file, and being almost done, the programmer throws an error:

"Image upload failed. Bad response from device." and it seems the device gets out of MCUboot mode, so I can't complete the device programming.

Please see screenshots below...

Any idea what could be wrong?

did you include these lines in prj.conf when you built the project?

# MCUBOOT
CONFIG_BOOTLOADER_MCUBOOT=y
CONFIG_IMG_MANAGER=y
CONFIG_MCUBOOT_IMG_MANAGER=y

Yes, these lines are included;

BTW, the AWS IoT sample as you guys release (without any customization or modification) does not work out of the box, at least in my setup. Other images are Ok.

Any other indication?

 What is your setup, and how does it not work? Any error codes? The guy that wrote the sample code is out of office. I will ask him about it when he is back.
