AVR Programmer with NRF51822

Hey there,

Instead of using a J-Link programmer to program the NRF51822, is there a way to use a AVR Programmer to do this instead?

No.

AVRs use a proprietary interface for programming; it is not compatible with other devices - not even other Atmel devices!

Note that a J-Link can be used to program & debug pretty much any ARM microcontroller from any IDE (also from the command line) - so that's actually pretty good value...
