touch screen and media button can not work at same time?

Sorry, I am not sure I understand your issue correctly. Do I understand it correctly that you had a media button set up correctly and working, and a separate project with a touchscreen HID device working correctly, but when you merged the projects together they both stopped working?
If so, please provide more information about the behavior you are seeing, how you proceeded to merge the projects, and what you have done to debug the issue.

I see from your comment that you have shared your HID commands, but without any other context what so ever it is hard for me to do any type of debugging. Is there a particular command/input that is failing(if so, which?), or do you get any error messages? Is the project compiling even?

Please provide more information to make your issue clear.
