Not able to register iBasis SIM

Just bought a Thingy:91 with iBasis SIM, but I can't register the SIM. Shows "Still working" for 30 min already. How to solve this?

I tried that various times yesterday, without succes. This time (today) it works. Thnx. My next step is to register the device, which still fails, also today. See my separate ticket on this issue.
