nrfgo stdudio nRF5x Programming is always gray.The version I installed is 1.21.2.10 for 64.

This problem is very strange.

First,I install the software(nrfgo studio,nrfgo studio-win64-1212installer.msi) on the company computer,the colour of nRF5x Programming is gray,not to be selected.But after I installed the Setup_JLink_V512g.exe,the nRF5x Programming is ok.It is able to connect my board.

But an interesting thing happened.When I got home,I tested it the same way on my laptop computer.And it's not working.NRF5x Programming is always gray.I'll try a different version

(nrfgostudio_win-64_1.15.1_installer.msi).It is ok.The latest version doesn't work.

My board is ok.Because I can use it after I download the routine.

The problem in the end where?I want to use the latest version of the program,Because the latest version can not fill in SoftDevice size.

Hi,

nRF Go Studio is deprecated, use nRF Connect Desktop instead.

Security protect programming function is better in nRFgo Studo than nRF connect.

I wonder the gray one means the Jlink driver or hardware problems. My driver is 6.86f.

However, if you want to do more parameter . You can try nrfprog(tool chain) with command line.
