JLINK V9 programmer failed to update modem firmware

Hi Nordic team

Customer SecuX failed to use JLINK V9 to update modem firmware to Thingy91 and customer nRF91 board both.

But, JLINK V9 can program merged.hex file(application code) to Thingy91 and customer nRF91 board both.

Please double check if JLINK V9 can fully support to NRF9160. Thanks.

Below are the software environment and photos for JLINK V9 and error message.

Windows 10 home edition

nrf Connect for desktop v3.6.1

nrfjprog version: 10.12.1

JLinkARM.dll version: 6.72e

I assume you have tried to click the Erase All -button.
